Moise Store Haarlem

Since three months Moise store opened his doors in the Warmoesstraat in Haarlem.
I am very glad that Moise store is located in Haarlem, it makes it even ore attractive to there.
They sell a lot of my favorite brands, besides Humanoid, they also sell Lala Berlin, Stella Nova, Ivana Helsinki and a couple more. Besides these clothing brands they also sell leather bags and accessories of Ellen Truijen, mentioned on this blog earlier.
The friendly and passioned sales persons of Moise store are willing to help you find an outfit which fits you the best! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Smalle Haven Eindhoven

During the last Design week in Eindhoven, I found the Smalle Haven by accident.
I note it as one of my favorite restaurant right now.
The atmosphere they created there is magnificent, the crowed is a good mix of everything and the food they prepare is daily fresh from the market.
They don't have a menu card, but the chef is explaining to every costumer what he bought that day on the market, and what he can make with it for you.
Enjoyed every bit of that evening. Next to the stunning food the Smalle Haven is so special because it is multi functional, next to the restaurant the space also functions as a gallery, and there is a shop.
When you go there in the future and you see anything you like, don't hesitate to ask because a lot of things are for sale.

Ellen Truijen

Ellen Truijen designs beautiful leather bags and accessories.

Her designs are timeless, sober, clean and simple.

She uses real high quality leather coming from Italy, and the whole collections is manufactured in the Netherlands.

You can find her bags in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark and Italy.

Together with Caramel, Ellen Truijen opened a shop in Maastricht, called Mos.

It is an elegant and refined place, with men's and women's fashion, accessories, and they also sell a nice collection of porcelain, books, and a special collection of "unmentionables".

Graanmarkt 13 Antwerp

In februari of this year the doors of a new place called Graanmarkt 13, in Antwerp opened his doors.
Ilse Cornelissens and Tim van Geloven are the brains behind this project, the wanted to create a concept with an international atmosphere and challenging atmosphere.
Graanmarkt 13 is located in a house with three levels. On the first floor you can find the restaurant, were you can go for a coffee, a glass of wine, are have lunch/dinner.
On the second floor you can find the store space, with high street clothing brands, accessories, perfumes, and design objects.
And on the third floor they made place for a gallery space were young talents can expose there work.

Merci Paris

When you are in Paris you have to go to Merci, a deparmentstore on the 111 Boulevard Beaumarchais.


The starters of this great store are Marie France and Bernhard Cohen. About 30 years ago they were the brains behind the successful high street brand Bonpoint. And in 2009 they started Merci. The store is located in an old factory building in the 3th arrondissement. Next to the designers clothing of Stella McCartney and Paul Smith, you can find lamps of Phillipe Starck and furniture of Marcel


 Wanders, you can buy flowers there, something old something new you have to experience it by yourself.
It is definitely worth a visit when you are in Paris.

ANSH 46

Another Shop 46 has opened his doors on 26 of march in Rotterdam.
Ansh46 is a store for women, and sells a wide range of mostly Scandinavian brands as, Vilsbol de Arce, Complex Geometrics and Carin Wester. Escpecially the big price range of the Ansh 46 makes them different than other concepts, everybody can buy there.
